Detailed Description
L-Arginine alpha ketoglutarate or AAKG is a modified form of L-Arginine which has been bonded with alpha ketoglutarate (a glutamine precursor). AAKG as supplements are alleged to increase nitric oxide production, thereby resulting in vasodilation during resistance exercise. Compared with l-arginine, AAKG is an intermediary into the Krebs cycle which basically means it contributes to ATP, your bodies main energy source!
